GM-DX Convention - Saturday 26 April 2008
The Eleventh GM-DX Convention was held on 26 April 2008. The convention attracted some 72 day delegates and 60 for the Dinner.			Tom GM4FDM was the master of ceremonies for the full afternoon programme of GM-DX presentations covering all continents.

A wide range of excellent raffle prizes was on offer. [For the first time in four years of attending GM-DX, G3TXF won nothing at all!]			Cris GM4FAM and Roger G3SXW setting the entire DX world to right during the tea-break during the GM-DX presentations.
Paul G3WYW shows off the latest Yaesu FT2000 transceiver which is becoming ever more popular with DXers and contesters.			Bob K4UEE makes a presentation touching on no less than seven "DX-peditions of the Year" including Peter I Island 3Y0X.
Rob GM3YTS (sporting a freshly minted YK9G T-shirt) presents raffle prizes to Bernd DL5OAB at the GM-DX Convention.			Gavin GM0GAV draws a raffle ticket beneath the towering shadow of Tom GM4FDM and also under the watchful eye of Sheree.
Not a GM-DX Convention station antenna, but GM4VGR's HF beam located just across the car-park of the King Robert Hotel.			The King Robert Hotel (location of the GM-DX Convention for several years) has spruced itself up a bit during the past year.
